Run by couple Bob and Hazel Nicol for more than 18 years, Abbey Guesthouse provides top quality bed and breakfast accommodation just three miles from the cosmopolitan city centre of Leeds. We are within walking distance of Kirkstall Abbey, which is one of Britain’s most complete examples of a medieval Cistercian abbey and is situated in beautiful parkland on the banks of the River Aire, and close to Headingley Cricket Ground.

We take great pride in offering the standard of guesthouse accommodation we ourselves would appreciate and enjoy. Abbey Guesthouse offers generously–appointed four star bed and breakfast accommodation and is completely no smoking throughout.

We offer six ensuite rooms, all with Freeview television, wireless internet connection, complimentary beverage tray, hair dryer and a private car park for our visitors. Prices include a hearty Full English Breakfast and we take care to cater for all special dietary requirements. We also offer guests reductions for longer stays.

Abbey Guesthouse is perfectly located for visits to the city of Leeds: a fabulous shopping and cultural destination, to the nearby centres of York, Harrogate and Bradford, and is also close to Leeds Bradford International Airport. We are just off the A65: the gateway to the Dales, allowing you access to the many beautiful villages and towns of the Yorkshire Dales and also the Lake District. Bus and train services are on our doorstep, offering you lots of hassle–free travel options.
